Managed TeX Live installer support for macOS.
Highlights
- TeX64 can install a managed TeX Live environment when required tools are missing.
- The update and download pipeline currently publishes macOS artifacts only.
Notes
- Current release targets macOS 12+ (Apple Silicon & Intel).
- Windows distribution is temporarily paused while signing and installer policy are finalized.
