TeX64 is a local-first macOS app. To provide accounts, paid AI features, and support via tex64.com and TeX64 Platform, we process: account identifiers (e.g., email, user ID, device ID); subscription and billing identifiers (e.g., Stripe customer/subscription IDs, plan and status); usage counters (token usage/quota); feedback you submit (message and optional contact email); and diagnostics (browser error reports such as error message/stack, page URL, user agent, app version). Payment card details are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, provide and secure the service, manage subscriptions and entitlements, enforce rate limits and quotas, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
