Axiom can now be used before signing in.

Highlights

  • Axiom now works before sign-in by using a stable local app identity.
  • Signing in still connects usage to your account and plan, but first-time users can try Axiom immediately.
  • The desktop app now sends its local app identity to the TeX64 API when no account session is available.
  • The TeX64 API now supports anonymous Axiom entitlement checks and OpenAI-compatible chat requests.

Notes

  • Current release targets macOS 12+ (Apple Silicon & Intel).
  • Windows distribution is temporarily paused while signing and installer policy are finalized.
