Axiom, the AI in Code, is now agentic: it reads the document, goes to the place, asks what only you know, then edits and typesets. macOS and Windows (Microsoft Store).
Highlights
- Next steps under every reply; a writing step gathers the brief before anything is written.
- Agent, Ask and Plan modes: edit, answer without changing anything, or plan first and run the plan.
- Ask about a place on the page: select text in the PDF or the live preview and send it to Axiom.
- Project writing rules in .tex64/rules.md, followed every turn, and a review of uncommitted git changes.
- Voice input, model-written chat titles, reply ratings, branching, queued requests, reference and bibliography checks, change cards that name the place.
Notes
- AI mode and the mode switch stay off in this release; Code mode and Axiom in Code are available. More AI features are coming.
- Available on macOS 12+ (Apple Silicon & Intel) and Windows 10/11 x64 through Microsoft Store.
